Services & Fees

Marry Me of Tennessee officiants are available for on-site or on location wedding ceremonies at your chosen venue. We offer same day, walk-in ceremonies during our regular office hours. We’re happy to schedule ceremonies for evenings, weekends, holidays, and at off-site venues as well with advance notice. 

We recommend and encourage you to call ahead and reserve a specific date/time, especially if you’re bringing family and friends with you. We would never want you to arrive with your party all set to say, “I Do!” only to find that we are out for an off-site ceremony. You can find our office hours and information about our fees below.


Deposit & Payment Info

  • All deposits are due at the time of reservation.
  • Your deposit will reserve your date, time and location on our calendar.
  • Deposits are applied to your ceremony fee, but are non-refundable/non-transferable should you need to cancel.
  • We accept cash, debit or credit cards for payment. NO CHECKS.

9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Evening, weekend, holiday, and off-site ceremonies are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.

We require a deposit for rehearsals, off-site ceremonies, and in office ceremonies scheduled for evenings, weekends and holidays. Your deposit will guarantee your date and time are reserved on our calendar and is applied to the ceremony fee. Deposits are non-refundable if your ceremony is canceled. 

All fees are one-time and are quoted as a flat rate. Marry Me of Tennessee does not charge for mileage, parking, sales tax, number of guests, photos, music, etc.

We have seating for 12 guests in our office, so you are welcome to bring small groups of family and friends to celebrate your wedding with you.

Remember to bring your Tennessee marriage license and a valid photo ID for each person to be married with you! Your license should be issued within 30 days of the date of your ceremony. The issue date of the license counts as Day 1.
